Lifetime Care+ protects one Lapwell Duo fountain for as long as you own it. If it stops working because of a manufacturing defect, we repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What's covered
- ✓Pump failure
- ✓Control panel, buttons, sensors and indicator lights
- ✓Automatic water-change system not draining or refilling
- ✓Battery or charging port that stops charging
- ✓Leaks caused by a defective tank or seal
What's not covered
- ✕Accidental damage, drops, cracks or water damage from spills
- ✕Misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications
- ✕Normal battery capacity loss over time and cosmetic wear
- ✕Lost or stolen fountains
How to make a claim
- Email support@voltavatech.com with your order number and a short video of the issue.
- Our team helps you troubleshoot, usually within 1 business day.
- If it's a defect, we ship a replacement part or a new fountain, free.
One Care+ plan covers one fountain and is valid for the original purchaser. Coverage starts on the delivery date of your fountain. Care+ can be refunded within 30 days of purchase if no claim has been made.
